Oil & Water is a single page encounter location by Kevin Vito and is a Pay-What-You-Want title made available recently on OBS sites. The adventure is a small dungeon of 9 rooms with no attached storyline in the actual product. However, there is an implied story in an Alchemist/magic-user and possible iron-mongering with a local band of Orc raiders.
The adventure is written in such a way that it is very much a system-agnostic adventure. The only place this becomes an issue is with two of the possible creatures encounters that I cannot think of a major publisher equivalent (however, if you pay this adventure with Swords & Wizardry my Grate Tentacles* will be of use). The map is small and simply done in the black and white style common to a certain point in the hobby’s history.
Depending on the Game Master this encounter location can provide an interesting evening for a group of adventurers between missions.
