D’Shive’s Twisted Wand
Thousands of years ago the twisted Elven Mage known as D’Shive looked himself away in the tunnels and catacombs beneath his tower. For decades he slaved over the magical formulae and eldritch arts that would allow him to create an item so powerful it would grant him his every twisted desire. Finally near death the mad mage finished his lifelong work and Shive’s wand was inflicted on the world.
D’Shive’s Wand contains 12 random spell-like effects that can be cast on a single target. The Wand has 150 charges, but the wand can only affect its target once and never again.
