A new, Eira specific creature and a further development of my new stat block. I’ve taken some of the advice that was thrown around with the Crystal Skeleton stat block and have made changes where I sought fit as well as added or disregarded things that made sense to me. Technically this creature is based on stories from the British Isles.
Thoughts, as always, are greatly welcome.

Background
Long age a Greater Fae of the Un-Sidhe court strove to create a means in which to defeat the Au-Sidhe without endangering the lives of his own people. However noble the Fae’s cause was, the beings he created were soon found to be uncontrollable and filled with a ceaseless bloodlust. Tall and slender, with no features on a blank pallid face, the constructs were a horror in the war between the two courts taking lives on both sides of the field.
With little ceremony and with even less regard the constructs were destroyed by the High Court of the Night Queen and soon forgotten about. Unfortunately some of the constructs survived and somehow made their way to the Mortal Realms.
Highly intelligent, The Whisper, move through the world of mortals secret beings in the darkness who move the world to their designs in a hope to create as much bloodshed and terror as possible.
Ecology
There are no exact figures on how many Whisper survived the destruction of the constructs by the Night Queen. However, most estimates place the number between ten and twenty in the entirety of the Mortal Realms.
Whisper can be found anywhere, but more often than not they are background players in the games of kings and queens. Quietly movingvarious nobles and military men likes pawns on a chess board.
